Cancellation, Postponement and Transfer of Registration

If you need to cancel, postpone, or transfer your registration for one of our events, please follow these guidelines:

Cancellation Policy

If PULSUS Group cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a 100% credit for the registration fee paid.

You can use this credit for another PULSUS Group event within one year from the date of cancellation.

Postponement

If we postpone an event, and you can't attend on the rescheduled dates, you'll receive a 100% credit for the registration fee paid.

You can use this credit for another PULSUS Group event within one year from the date of postponement.

Transfer of registration

Fully paid registrations can be transferred to someone else from the same organization if the registered person can't attend.

The registered person should email us at finance@pulsus.com with the replacement person's full name, title, contact phone number, and email address.

All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless you specify otherwise.

Registration can be transferred from one conference to another if the person can't attend the original conference.

However, transfers are not allowed if you inform us within 14 days of the respective conference.

Transferred registrations are not eligible for a refund.

Visa Information

We recommend applying for a Visa as soon as possible due to increased security measures.

PULSUS Group will not contact embassies and consulates on your behalf. Apply for a Business Visa.

Note that visa issues are not covered by our cancellation policy, including visa application failures.

Refund Policy:

If you can't attend and can't transfer your registration, the following refund policy applies:

  • Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 service fee.
  • Within 60-30 days of the conference: Eligible for a 50% payment refund.
  • Within 30 days of the conference: Not eligible for a refund.
  • E-Poster payments are non-refundable.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

  • Hotels have their own cancellation policies, usually applying when cancellations are made less than 30 days before arrival.
  • Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change your accommodation booking.
  • We will inform you of your accommodation provider's cancellation policy to ensure you understand any non-refundable deposits.

For cancellation, postponement, or registration transfers, contact us in writing at finance@pulsus.com Visa issues are not covered, and refund eligibility depends on when you make the request. Hotel cancellation policies apply to accommodation bookings.
